Just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your app store and download the ARCI app [ARCI Card for iOS users] [Tessera ARCI per utenti iOS].
2. If you’ve previously logged into the app, click LOGIN, enter your credentials, and then click on NEW CARD.
   If you’ve never registered, click REGISTER and then SIGN UP NOW.
3. Follow all the steps for Pre-Registration, and when prompted to choose the club where you’ll pick up the card, select ASSOCIAZIONE ARCI MAGNOLIA.
4. Complete all the steps, and then all you have to do is come to the counter, pay, and collect your physical card.
5. Once you have your card, scan the QR code using the app, and, like magic, you’ll never lose your card again.

1. How long does the membership last? The Arci 2024-2025 Membership lasts from October 1st, 2024 until September 30th, 2025
2. Can I reserve it and pick it up in the evening? Yes, by downloading the app and following the Pre-Registration steps, you can pick up your card at Magnolia whenever you want, even on the same night as the event you’re attending.
3. Do minors have to register as well? Yes, minors aged 12 and up must fill out a paper form at Magnolia’s ticket office with written authorization from a parent or guardian. Children under 12 are not required to have a card.
4. Can I fill out the card using my alias? Yes, you can register with the name that corresponds to your gender identity, even if it differs from your legal name.
