Calibro 35 is not a group: “It is important to clarify from the outset that Calibro 35 is a project, not a group formed by friends who knew each other from school days and grew up musically together, perhaps with similar tastes. We first somewhat ‘sniffed’ each other from afar, then we chose each other. The dating started from the musicians’ circle, by name we all already knew each other. We started dating in the studio, where everything immediately worked out for the best. We immediately found the right chemistry.”
Calibro decided not to use film images at their live shows for some time now: “Taking away the rights issue, which was not indifferent anyway, there was also an issue of VM 14 films and respect to the audience, because we could also play the music of “Cannibal Holocaust” but the shots, the images were a bit fortine. In some ways, we kind of freed ourselves from the idea of making film music. We have our own mindset, we make music that may have an applicable image, but sometimes not. Titles are sometimes interesting because they are references thrown in like that for someone who wants to apply images to them, however, it is not necessary.
