Pursuant to Art. 24 Regulation 2016/679, Ass. Arci Magnolia, with registered office in Segrate, via Circonvallazione Idroscalo 41, is the Data Controller.

The Arci Magnolia Association was founded in 2005, immediately distinguishing itself for its inclusive and consistent music programming throughout the annual season, offering concerts and evenings from time to time, attracting nationally and internationally renowned artists to its stage.

The Association Arci Magnolia, as the data controller (hereinafter, for short, “Data Controller”), informs you that it will use the personal data collected in its channels (hereinafter, for short, referred to as “Personal Data”), in order to carry out the following activities:
a) marketing, promo-advertising activities, sending business proposals, business newsletters, market research as well as any other possible further promotional activities of the Arci Magnolia Association;
(b) to provide you with the best possible personalized experience and get an idea of what products and services are of interest to you, the Owner may create a profile of you using the information acquired about you, including:
(i) the data you provide;
(ii) data disclosed through your account(s) as well as data inferred from your interactions with sites and social media (provided you have consented to the use of cookies).
The processing of your Personal Data will be carried out using manual, computerized and telematic tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes highlighted above and, in any case, by individuals authorized to carry out these tasks, duly informed of the constraints imposed by Legislative Decree. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 679/2016, equipped with security measures to ensure the confidentiality of Personal Data and to prevent undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel.
Personal Data will not be subject to dissemination. The Data Processor is the pro-tempore Director of Personnel. The processing of your Personal Data by the Data Controller is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with the provisions of Art. 6.1.(a) of EU Regulation 679/2016. The provision of your data and your consent to the processing of personal data is optional.
According to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016, at any time and free of charge, you have the right to request information regarding the existence of the processing of your Personal Data, the storage period of the same, to obtain a copy, to rectify, supplement, update, delete. You also have the right to obtain the restriction of the processing of Personal Data, the blocking of Personal Data, and to receive a copy of your Personal Data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. You also have the right to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing given before revocation.
